The golf cart is available from the end of May until the middle
of October.
Weather dependent. Can’t get below freezing. The golf cart is
electric, batteries cannot freeze.

Golf Cart Use:
Lessee shall have the privilege of using the golf cart on the
following terms and conditions:
1 - Lessee/Operator must maintain automobile coverage
within the State minimum amounts:
2 - Lessee/Operator must be at least 21 years of age and
have a valid state issued driver’s license
3 - Lessee/Operator must obey all traffic laws
4 - Lessee/Operator shall not operate the golf cart outside the
gates of Lakeside
5 - Lessee agrees not to operate the golf cart under any
circumstances while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
6 - Lessee further agrees to hold harmless indemnify and
defend Lessor for any and all claims associated with Lessee’s
use of golf cart
