• electric four-person golf cart is included for use during the week.

• cottage sits on a lot and a half - plenty of room for playing/relaxing in the yard.

• linens are provided

  • all beds are pre-made with sheets prior to your arrival. towels are provided 

  • some pool/beach towels.

Renters need to bring everything consumable. 

Example- toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. 

Consumable items provided : 

Cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and garbage bags.

Parking: 

Three/ four parking spots right at the cottage. One directly in front of the cottage. Please make sure the small blue cottage, on the corner, can still get out of their driveway. 

There are two/ three more parking spots. Pull your vehicle directly onto the rocks between the cottage and the neighbors garage. 

There is also parking along the neighbor's lawn across the way. Please don't park on the lawn. There is also parking on Third Street between Laurel Ave and Vine Street on the side of the street with the sidewalk.
